A new BMX bike world record has been emphatically broken by a New Zealander who goes by the name of Jed Mildon.
Jed pulled off the triple backflip on a bmx live at Unit T3 Mindtricks BMX Jam in Taupo on Saturday.
Heading down a 20 metre high ramp at 37 mph, the brave (some say crazy) rider launched off a 3 metre take off ramp, flying into the air whilst back flipping 3 times before effortlessly landing to loud cheers and applause.
